The Windows 10 universal app platform delivers true compatibility across all Windows devices. With Xbox on Windows, cross-device multiplayer, an amazing gaming community, and the power of DirectX 12, the game you've always envisioned is within reach!

Learn how to use the recently published developer tooling preview to create your own Windows 10 game. Participate live in the development of a small game, from start to finish, including creating the project, implementing game features, validating the game for store submission and deploying it on Windows 10 phones.

Participant requirements: Experience with C++ and/or game development is helpful, but not required. We'll show you everything you need to know to get started!

Tools participants should bring: Having fun developing games. We'll show you everything you need to know to get started building your own Windows 10 game. If you want to try it yourself during the session, you should bring the following (not required for participating!):

- Laptop
